Abstract
The focus of this paper is to analyse the relationship between the rule of law and artificial intelligence in the Argentine public administration where, recently, can be observed a large-scale diffusion of artificial intelligence systems, based on a more sophisticated and precise use of algorithmic techniques. The reflections follow the search of legal stability and decision predictability by focusing on the analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence in the digital revolution of public administration and administration of justice
