Abstract
The article explores the contribution of Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo (DPCE) to the study of African legal and constitutional phenomena over its first 25 years. It critically analyzes the scientific output published in both the print and online editions of the journal, focusing on Africa's public law dimension. The study highlights the evolution and impact of Italian legal scholarship on African studies, emphasizing the importance of DPCE in promoting comparative public law research on the continent. The article also examines the challenges and developments in African constitutionalism and the broader context of postcolonial legal studies.
