Abstract
The article examines the impact of Brexit on the protection of fundamental rights in the United Kingdom. The latter issue is considered within the framework of the relationship between the UK national legal order and the two European legal systems which involve human rights protection: the European Union and the European Convention on Human Rights. In particular, the article highlights the growing resistance of the United Kingdom towards European integration processes.
