Abstract

This text describes the development of the hidden church in Czechoslovakia and focuses primarily on the person of the secretly ordained Catholic Bishop Felix Maria Davídek and his Koinótés community. It also addresses the topic of the ordination of women within Koinótés and analyses the recently published Italian translation of the book of interviews by Zdeněk Jan¹ařík with Ludmila Javorová, a close associate and general vicar of Felix Davídek who was ordained a priest more than fifty years ago.
