Abstract
In this paper, I want to give a brief history of the decades spanning cooperation between Brian McGuinness and the Research Institute Brenner-Archiv at the University of Innsbruck. After a short introduction to Brenner-Archiv, I will dive deeper into the cooperation between McGuinness and Brenner-Archiv in editing Wittgenstein’s complete correspondence. As McGuinness gave his papers McGuinness to Brenner-Archiv, I will also shortly describe the material kept in Brenner-Archiv and particularly discuss Wittgenstein’s Nonsense Collection that is part of McGuinness’s legacy
