Abstract
This contribution focuses on the experimental activity carried out within the LAILA project. The basic idea is to offer an overview of the many steps behind the qualitative and quantitative analyses that characterised our study. In this way, we describe how we concretely declined, in each phase of the research, the different methodological perspectives we aimed to combine. The last part of the paper is devoted to the discussion of the first results and some preliminary considerations based on them
