Abstract

In her work about "Law and Desire", dedicated to Biolaw, Francesca Zanuso denounces the limits of a specific and widespread ideological pretension of modern philosophy, according to which the foundation of human rights is will, manifested in desire. In this paper, we try to develop the Rousseau's concept of will in the reading of the Authoress, who has sought in the classics the conceptual tools to questioning the present.
