Abstract
The actual condition of being historical is achieved by going beyond any metaphysical antinomy. However, this road presents an obstacle. It consists in the belief that in order to achieve this result it is enough to build man as a subject. In reality, the being as a subject thwarts the destructuring of metaphysics and the formation of the historical being, relocating the inquiry within the world of essences and keeping the understanding of reality subordinated to the principle of foundation. The legal guarantee of the single material historical does not coincide with the guarantee of the individual subject initiated by modernity.
