Abstract
The aim of this article is to re-analyse all the information formulated in the last few years about the archaeological, and epigraphical, evidence from the city of Sirtori (Lecco) and dated between 2nd and 4th century AD. New interpretations regarding the epigraphic documentation will be also given. Then, archaeological and topographic data will be used to understand which function this territory had during the Roman occupation, also in relation with the road network which crossed the area.
