Abstract
Mariotto Davanzati played a non-secondary role among the lyrics of the first half of the fifteenth century: he participated in the Certame coronario (1441) and he was a poetic correspondent of many contemporary authors. This essay proposes the critical and commented edition of the Corona di sonetti, a collection of twelve poems on love topics. The edition is accompanied by an introduction which presents the macrotextual elements, the main tòpoi and some sources and influences of the collection
