Abstract
This article proposes the edition of the vernacular collection of laws regarding Salinarii salis Clugie, the public office who ran salt production and trade on behalf of Venice. The text is a vernacular translation from a Latin version and dates back to the 14th century (ms. Marc. It. II, 113-5059). The edition is preceded by an introduction that also contains a linguistic analysis of the text and is followed by a selective glossary
