Abstract
The essay deals with some issues related to the constitutive phase of third sector entities, and specifically to the mechanism of access to the third sector system; to the relationship between the third sector registration system and the general registration system of legal entities, and finally to the hypothesis that non-incorporated foundations might be third sector legal entities.
