Safeness, identity, sustainability, participation. These are the four key words which have to lead the rebuilding of urban centers and little unities of central Appennines destroyed or damaged by the earthquake in Autumn 2016. Starting from a reflection on the previous experiences after the natural and antropical calamities and starting from the study of the restaurations in progress, the note tries to give some indications for a rebuilding action which considers all the economic, social, urban and building aspects and which, at the same time, examines the actors involved: public institutions, civil society and ordinary citizens for a really shared process.
