Abstract
As a very cultural animal, Homo Sapiens decides its humanity in all the details of its behavior. The "we" is the forge, always active, of the humanity. But the boundaries too narrow and stifling of the "we" induce to seek cues of humanity out of "us" in at least four directions: the past and ancestors, spirits and deities, other human societies, other beings of nature.
