Abstract
The essay analyzes the contract between Unionmeccanica Vicenza, FIM-CISL and UILM-UIL of the province of Vicenza as a model of decentralized bargaining induced by the contribution reliefs provided by current regulations. The essay highlights objectives, purposes and characteristics as well as critical aspects and possible difficulties of implementation.
