Abstract

The issue of juvenile educational poverty constitutes a real social emergency. In recent years, however, fortunately we are witnessing a new season of important and rich experimental planning on the subject. However, the doubt remains whether these interventions constitute a real strategic opportunity to combat inequalities and to relaunch the country or they represent only a new rhetorical formula, a useful passpartout to give new communicative polish to a segmented archipelago of local and short-term micro-projects.
