About the progressive extension of the intangible component in cultural heritage and its limits
Abstract
By analyzing the Adunanza Plenaria nr. 5/2023 of the Italian State Council, the Author underlines the risks of the violation of the freedom of economic initiative involved to the interpretation of article 10, paragraph 3, lett. d) of the Code of Cultural Heritage stated in this judgment.
