Abstract

This essay analyses how Code regulation of cultural heritage valorization reacts on Intergovernmental Relations. In particular, this study examines the recent executory agreement between Ministry for the Cultural Heritage and Activities and the Campania Region, showing how improving valorization turns out to be difficult, when regional governments lack of suitable organizational skills and structures.
