Abstract

This paper is finalized to explain how Italy is not enough conscious about his cultural role. Many situations are shown were laws are not applied and as a result cultural heritage is not adequately preserved.On the other hand in the Universities very often decisions are taken in order to preserve individual "power" in spite of general attitude to more appropriate universal interest. Same for some governmental actions were clearly the strategy is less or even not present. The role of teaching for the future in terms of Cultural Landscape and General Safety is emphasized for the benefit of all.
