Abstract
The contribution, starting from the survey of the scenarios relating to the issue of the low-skilled phenomenon in Italy, intends to discuss the possible and practicable methods with respect to relevant theoretical frameworks of a socio-pedagogical nature for the activation of policies to support skills training towards the objectives of the digital and ecological transition. The contribution is therefore divided into six paragraphs, and aims to identify, through the use of a reflection on the most significant recent documents at European level, methods that can be pursued and methodologically based for the re-thinking policy of continuing education in the country.
