Abstract
Multicultural Schools Erasmus+ Project aimed at examining in depth challenges and problems with cultural integration, starting from the strategic role of teachers, in five European countries (Italy, Poland, Belgium, Greece, and Spain). Very interesting issues emerged from the mixed-method research design: the qualitative and quantitative results stressed on issues concerning the role and the needs of teachers in social integration process of pupils, also underlining contradictory issues on religious matters. Starting from the MCS Project results, the paper aims at qualitative focusing on teacher's needs, challenges and best practices in promoting inter-religious dialogue.
