Abstract
Inspired by the German experience of 'dual system', Renzi government, by means of the reform called Buona Scuola, has chosen to relaunch the tool of Alternanza scuola-lavoro (ASL). In this paper we try to deepen this program through the comparison of two specific cases, representative of experiences already well established in Italy. Two interesting cases especially because of their position as 'crossroads' between the field of vocational training in our country and the German experience, to which the reform is inspired. On the basis of the information collected, it has been possible to identify and develop some 'critical nodes' that may represent a limitation in the implementation at national level of the ASL.
