Abstract

According to the wide unbalanced spread of ICT today, schools have been required to strategically approach new teaching methods and practices aiming at continuous skills, updating and digital competencies training. As opposed to the most spread criticisms about the school immobility, this research proposes that there are interesting educational innovation spaces carried out by a large number of teachers who promote research and educational experimentation. The main goal of this research is to detect practices, customs and digital skills that are widespread within educational institutions. Thus, this paper examines a pilot study which is focused on testing questionnaires measuring the goal and descriptive data analysis, the aim of which is to explore, from the teachers’ point of view, the forces of innovation and the tensions that boost the Digital Educational System.
