Abstract
Starting from the requirement of vitality, established by the Italian civil code of 1865, the author compares the position of the legal entity and the category of vitality, as it is conceived in the pages of the latest Croce. In this way the need to resolve the ‘economic’ in the history of the economy emerges, as it has been determined in our years.
