Abstract
Considerations on a letter sended by Guido Calogero to Michele Barbi in defense of hebrew professor Attilio Momigliano, who lost his chair of Italian Literature in the University of Florence in consequence of racial laws promulgaded by Fascist Government in 1938, and was object of variuos criticism directed again him by his competitor and successor Giuseppe de Robertis when he was not able to defense him self.
