Abstract
Most people believe that printing money has restored market trust. But from the point of view of the nature of capital, as seen by Von Hayek and Böhm-Bawerek, this belief is folly. Trust created by printing money would only rebuild the fictitious structure of public or private capital, thus paving the way to the next crisis.
