Abstract

We are living in an era of epochal changes that are developing with an unimaginable rapidity few years ago. Human being is exposed at new risks by digital revolution and environmental emergency of which he is at the same time cause and victim. At the dawn of third millennium the only way will be a clever use of technologies to support environmental emergencies. About Food we need to imagine a clean and biological agriculture for a healthy and proper nutrition with the lowest food waste. Therefore we should prefer quality over quantity. Above all it is necessary to always reach for the role of feelings as trust, courage and authenticity.
