Abstract

Avocado is tasty, healthy and from decades now it is even trendy. However the production of avocado is devastating entire regions of Central and South America, mainly because it requires huge amount of water and comes with a lot of money. The solution is not suspending avocado’s consumption, but diversificating consumption and preferring avocados produced nearby and in respect of environment and farmers.
