Abstract
This paper highlights the features of work's vision in Trentin, to underline good points and some limits. Against the present crisis of the universal values both of citizenship and working condition, and of their connection, it suggests to consider the person as grounds of that traditional figures. Furthermore, it proposes to integrate work with action and contemplation, in order to build a new anthropological balance. Finally it outlines a meaning of free time not addicted to a mere absence from work.
