Abstract
This study constructs a dynamic measure test of adult potential intelligence. It investigates the relationship between dynamic measures and others factors like: transfer propensity, codific speed, academic success. Moreover the dynamic approach is compared with a more conventional static approach to assess intelligence. 210 subjects (eighteen years old) were trained to mastery on a 12 problem solving tests with dynamic procedures and with static measures. Results show that dynamic measures predict more accurately relationship with transfer propensity, codifc speed and academic success.
