Abstract

Progetto Agorà is a longitudinal survey on graduates of the University of Padua. This work presents the main results concerning the graduates of Psychology, with particular attention to the employment rate at 18, 24 and 36 months after graduation, the job satisfaction, and the evaluation of the different technical skills that are required for carrying out the job. The 92.4% of graduates work at 36 months from graduation, but only the 35% are engaged in a job that is consistent with the qualification. The graduates mostly work in the clinical field, as educators, or in human resources. Above all, they are satisfied with the social utility of their job and, on the whole, they give high evaluations of the technical skills attained during the studies.
