Abstract
The paper deals with the last amendement to the «Norme integrative per i giudizi davanti alla Corte costituzionale» and analyzes the relationships between the Constitutional Court, Parliament and civil society. The Constitutional Court’s intentions have been to allow social issues access to the judgemente of constitutional legitimacy. This could produce a bottom-up legitimacy for the Court that is foreign to the Italian system of Costitutional justice. The article also analyzes which of the concerns and which possibilities emerged after the entry into force of the new «Norme integrative» have occurred.
