Abstract
The article explains the recent problems that have emerged in the application of the law on medically assisted procreation and in particular the compatibility with the constitutional principles of the rule of the irrevocability of consent after fertilization, trying to suggest, de iure condendo, some food for thought in waiting for a hoped and urgent new intervention by the legislator.
