Abstract
Moving from the crisis of the legislative monism, the paper analyses the renewed complexity of the law in a supranational context of multiplication of the sources, Judicialization of Law and Politics and centrality of Human Rights. Then, the paper underlines the paradigmatic elements that give substance to the complexity of the law emerging from the Italian biojuridical debate, specifically concerning the judicial path towards the Cirinnà/Oliari Law.
