Abstract
The essay examines the new rules of Cohabitation following art. 1, paragraphs 36 ss., of the law 20 May 2016 n. 76, known as Law Cirinnà. The new Institute of Cohabitation Agreement is analyzed to clarify the limits that the negotiable content of this agreement must meet in order not to infringe the Fundamental Rights of the Person.
