Abstract

The pandemic emergency has accelerated the ongoing transition from a real to a hyperreal society, a revolution which embraces the very concept of religious identity. Legal practitioners are therefore now required to avoid any unjustified restrictions on the right of religious propaganda and attacks on goods of equal constitutional value as well. This essay argues that, given the urgency of overcoming the traditional distinction between message and media, the effectiveness of this fundamental right today needs, even more, the removal of the obstacles that hinder the usage of new media.
