Abstract

This paper relates Pope Francis and the principle of bilaterality, through an analysis that critically retraces the Pope’s interventions more directly referred to the relationship between Church and State and to developments of regulatory and bilateral practice. The outcome of the investigation leads to detect a line of evolution that develops between news and confirmations
