Abstract
The contribution that follows is the oral relation delivered during the Workshop organised by Fondazione Astrid in Rome on 6 April 2017. It presents the legislative proposal on religious freedom elaborated by the Foundation. The text, which is published as an appendix to this contribution, is still a very preliminary draft and will be reviewed also in the light of the debate that developed during the 6 April workshop.
