Abstract
After describing the context of the approval of the concerned law, this contribution examines its content and it highlights how and for which categories of public officers the duty of neutrality is prescribed, and how the use of religious symbols is regulated in public places and institutions. Finally, it analyses financing and church property, which are related to the relationships with religious denominations.
