Abstract

The essay examines the transformation of the enterprises in the global scenario stressing the critical issues linked to the tension between regulation, new forms of economic organizations and territories. The question is strictly related to the process of transnationalization of labour law in terms of its purpose and role. The transformation of labour law highlights regulatory developments that require reinforcement of the role of fundamental labour rights. Against this background, particular attention is devoted to the laws introduced at national and European level with extraterritorial implications.
