Abstract
This essay aims to continue the dialogue with Umberto Romagnoli. Searching through the texts of collective agreements, one finds interesting cases that lead to affirm that the exercise of social rights in collective bargaining makes it possible to intervene in the field of civil rights, strengthening them. This is a new, innovative and encouraging perspective
