Abstract

Conceived and originally published, immediately after the reform of labour market and labour contract legislation, as a teaching instrument for students attending the 2003-2004 course of Labour Law, the essay is influenced by its first finalization. Actually, it is an outline of the main innovative contents of that piece of legislation, even if the mere exposition is associated with a critical and evaluating approach. The "radiography" consists of a limited number of "cards" organized according to different topics.
