Abstract
The Author studies the theme of labour externalisation effects in a business enterprise, clearly taking into account the different institutes some of which were regulated from the start by the 2003 reform of labour market. In particular he deals with the question of the relocation of a factory or of a branch; the labour supply; the sub-contracting; etc. Finally, on the basis of a few available data, he attempts to evaluate the impact of such regulations on the relationship between the social partners and especially on collective bargaining. Finally, the Author concludes that this is a reform which aims at recognizing the present economic situation more than regulating it with effectiveness.
