Abstract

According to the author, between an insecure flexibility and an armour- plated security, the third way is offered by a virtuous flexi-security. Virtuous because it allows both - security and flexibility - to take advantage each other instead of mutually damaging. The author is nevertheless critical on the European Green Paper because it does not take into consideration that such a system should be the result of global and long run politics and of a strong synergy of all the actors of the labour market.
