Abstract

The author believes that the juxtaposition between the individual and collective dimensions in Labour Law is important although he thinks that it does not reflect faithfully the dialectics of Values and Principles deriving from the Italian and European Constitutional Charters. Therefore, he suggests highlighting the philosophical and legal category of "person", which is more coherent with the great value of social dimension and is pre-eminent in past and current Constitutional Charters.
