Abstract

A new, and experimental, section of the Journal devoted to a first analysis of most recent legislative or contractual innovations. In this issue, Maria Vittoria Ballestrero deals with some fragments of a Bill which could innovate on dismissal legislation; Domenico Borghesi analyzes the novelties under discussion about labour trial and Luigi Mariucci proposes a more general reflection about the recent cyclic modification, determined by the changes of political majorities, of a "sea-roving" labour law.
