Abstract
A concise and critical intervention on a recent inter-professional collective agreement not signed by the greatest union, which contains rules on unions representation and (potentially) even on the constitutional right to strike. The latter is also object of a very disputed Bill on conflict in public transport services. All these measures appears to be coherent with a general politics of Government aimed at compressing the rights of workers.
