Abstract
According to the thesis developed by the author, the theoretical construct (elaborated by Gino Giugni) of the "inter-unions legal system" does not reject the private law lesson on collective autonomy taught by Francesco Santoro-Passarelli. On the contrary, it can be considered as its integration so far as it valorises trade unions as an institution of the social self-regulation system recognized by the Constitution.
