Abstract

With the beneficial purpose of dissolving the mythological halo that Francesco Carnelutti managed to create around himself, the author aims at rearranging his figure within the evolutionary framework of trade union law and labour law, from the age of civil codification in Italy's late liberal era to the Republic time.
