Abstract
The content of the separate (not signed by all the major unions) agreements, which has at present concluded the Fiat question, has provoked an explosive effect on plant level representation, causing the effect that the Union which has not signed the agreement, even if enrolling the majority of the employees, can't have a representation at plan level and can't take part in a unitary representation body. The essay analyses possible remedies according to Constitutional court case law and taking into consideration some reform proposals.
